Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where are you located?

A. Our studio bakery is located at 1704 South Kelly Avenue in Edmond.

Q. Do you ship?

A. Cottage Laws prohibit me from shipping out of state. When we get a store, we will be able to provide our services to retails shops and businesses, as well as worldwide.

Q. How much advance notice do you need?

A. Typically we ask for 2-3 weeks’ notice. Why? Because sometimes we may need to order in a special cookie cutter or stencil to fulfill your order. Also realize that I am a typically mother and entrepreneur. What does that mean? That I do everything! Drawing custom designs, make cookie dough, roll and bake, make icing, color icing, decorate, wash dishes, package, answer emails, tweets, Instagram and Facebook messages, and deliver. Oh! And be a rock star mom and wife. So contact me early for availability.

Q. What are your prices?

A. Our prices depend greatly on size, number of colors and level of detail. But if you want a range, it’s between $24-$36/dozen, more or less. Please see our chart for further information.

Q. How are the cookies packaged?

A. We individually heat seal our cookies in cellophane bags, unless directed otherwise by our customers. We do provide ribbon ties at an additional cost.

Q. How long are the cookies good for?

A. Our cookies are good for 2-3 weeks. Although, it has been told to me by some of my customers that the cookies taste just as delicious a month or so later.

Q. Can I freeze them?

A. Yes. You may freeze your cookies by doing the following? Leave cookies in the heat sealed bags you received them in. Place the sealed cookies in a Ziploc bag and freeze. On the morning of your event, take the Ziploc bag out of the freezer and place it on the counter to thaw. Do NOT open the Ziploc bag. The bag may condense. Should it, it will be on the outside of the Ziploc bag and not inside the cookies. It should only take an hour or two to thaw.

Q. Do you make allergy or gluten free?
A. I’m sorry but we do not make allergy or gluten free cookies. Also note that although our cookies do not have wheat or nuts in them, they are made in a kitchen that has wheat and nuts in its vicinity.
